انسیلاتور چرخدار CRADLE
انسیلاتور پلی اتیلن مطابق با استاندارد شرکت گاز

CENTERING CRADLE - CASING INSULATOR

این مدل انسیلاتور دارای بدنه فلزی از فولاد نورد شده گرم gauge 14 با ضخامت 2.5 میلیمتر و رایزرهایی با ضخامت 3.5 میلیمتر می باشد که تمامی نقاط انسیلاتور با پوشش رنگ اپوکسی به روش الکترواستاتیک عایق کاری شده و از سایز 4 اینچ به بالا در دسترس است. عرض باند این نوع انسیلاتور 8 تا 12 اینچ می‌باشد. لاینرها (روکش داخلی) از جنس لاستیک EPDM NANO COMPLEX با ضخامت 3.5 میلیمتر می باشد و شیار هایی برای جلوگیری از لغزش لوله روی آن تعبیه شده است.رانرهای (پایه های) آن در دو نوع متحرک چرخ دار و ثابت قابل سفارش می باشد.

انسیلاتور فلزی چرخ دار (ROLLER CENTERING CRADLE)

در نوع انسیلاتور چرخ دار ، به دلیل وجود ردیف های متوالی چرخ ، جاگذاری لوله ها در لوله محافظ بسیار آسان خواهد بود. ساختار چرخ ها بازطراحی و بهبود بخشیده شده و از بلبرینگ استیل با روکش از جنس HDPE عایق و ضد سایش تولید می گردد.در محل اتصال نیمه های انسیلاتور ، فلنج‌ها دارای برجستگی عمیق بوده که مقاومت لبه های انسیلاتور را افزایش می دهد.

COATED STEEL
Polyvinyl chloride coated (PVC) casing isolators are often select ed due to their strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
An extremely tough and durable heat fused plastic coating is offered on steel casing isolators 4" and larger, with 8" and 12" band widths. The cold formed steel casing isolator band, complete with runner studs installed, is vapor degreased, primed, heated and fusion coated with plastic, providing a minimum .010" (.254mm) thick coating over the entire band and runner studs. A post cured cycle strengthens the bond and provides an even more uniform coating.
Polyvinyl chloride is available as a standard. Other heat fused plastic coatings are also available for custom orders and applications.
The runners are attached with 3/8" diameter studs, which are fusion welded to the band before it is PVC coated. They are recessed far below the wearing surface of the runner. After the runner is anchored to the band, the stud counter-bore is filled to assure a water tight seal for the stud and the lock fastener.

PAINTED STEEL
Painted steel casing isolators are select ed when strength and economy are your most important concerns. A rust inhibiting paint is applied over 14 gauge (0.074”/1.88mm) hot rolled and pickled mild steel for casing isolators 4” (101.6mm) diameter and up, in either 8” (203mm) or 12” (305mm) bands. The flanges of the spacer are deep embossed and the corners are chamfered. The G-2 runners are attached with 3/8” (9.5mm) diameter studs, which are fusion welded to the band before it is painted. They are recessed far below the wearing surface of the runner and, after the runner is anchored to the band, the stud counter-bore is filled to insure a water tight seal for the stud and the lock fastener. G-1 runners are attached by projection welded method.

Runners
Runner material compositions for isolators/spacers are optimized to insure a smooth, low resistance ride even for the heaviest and longest pull applications. While providing resistance to the abrasive action, runners are optimized for maximum compressive strength and hardness. Glass reinforced polymer runners are standard in 1” (25.4mm) or 2” (50.8mm) widths for A (painted). C (coated) and S (stainless steel) models are available in 2” (50.8mm) only.
glass reinforced runners have 5 times the compressive strength of polyethylene runners. Our 2” wide runners are particularly designed for heavier pipes and longer pulls.

Effective Runner Heights and Lengths
Sizing carrier pipe O.D. and casing I.D. can be mis-leading at times due to a difference between nominal and effective dimensions. When sizing, make sure to consider effective runner height. Two
heights are available/used; custom positioning in the casing can be achieved with riser heights.

Factory made casing isolators/spacers of the following de script ion shall be installed on any carrier pipe passing through a pipe casing. They are designed to protect the carrier pipe corrosion coating and electrically isolate the carrier pipe from the casing.

isolators/spacers shall have a minimum 14 gauge steel band and where required, 10 gauge risers. The band, risers and connecting studs shall be welded and cleaned at the factory before the application of a fluidized bed fusion bonded PVC coating of between 10-16 mils thickness. The PVC coating shall provide good resistance to acids and alkalies and excellent resistance under ASTM B117 salt spray tests. (Epoxy coatings are not an acceptable alternative).
The isolators/spacers shall have a flexible PVC inner liner of 0.09 inch thickness with a durometer “A” 85-90 hardness and a minimum 58,000 volt dielectric strength. The runners shall be high pressure molded glass reinforced polymer with a minimum compressive strength of 18,000 psi per ASTM D638. The runners shall be 2.0 inch in width and a minimum of 7.0 inches.
The runners shall be attached to the band or riser by 3/8” welded steel studs and lock nuts which shall be recessed far below the wearing surface on the runner. The recess shall be filled with a corrosion inhibiting filler. The band section shall be bolted together with cadmium plated studs, nuts and washers.

در این نوع انسیلاتور ، رانرها از جنس GLASS REINFOCED POLYMER بوده و دارای سطح صافی می‌باشند. عرض این رانرها بسته به نوع انسیلاتور 2 تا 4 اینچ می‌باشد. پس از اتصال‌ رانرها به وسیله پیچ و مهره‌های استیل ضدزنگ، درپوشی روی پیچ‌ها قرار می‌گیرد و راه نفوذ آب به پیچ‌هارا مهروموم می‌کند..رانرهای تولید شده با مقاومت بالای‌سایش بوده و به لطف بهینه‌سازی ترکیبات ، حداکثر مقاومت فشار و سختی را نشان می‌دهند به طوری‌که در سنگین‌ترین و طولانی‌ترین لوله‌ها این خواص را به‌خوبی بروز می‌دهند. نتیجه تست رانرهای تهیه شده از مواد پلیمری بهینه شده با ساختار نانو کامپوزیتی در آزمایشگاه گروه صنعتی تجهیزان نشان می‌دهد که در مقایسه با رانرهای پلی‌اتیلنی 5 برابر مقاومت فشار و تنش بیشتری دارا می باشند.در محل اتصال نیمه های انسیلاتور ، فلنج‌ها دارای برجستگی عمیق بوده که مقاومت لبه های انسیلاتور را افزایش می دهد.

انسیلاتور پلی اتیلن (HDPE)
در محل هایی که لوله انتقال گاز می بایست از زیر معبر یا سازه ای که دارای بارگذاری متحرک یا ناپیوسته است عبور کند (مانند جاده،ریل قطار و ...) ابتدا لوله ای به عنوان محافظ از زیر معبر بصورت تونلی جاگذاری می شود سپس لوله حامل گاز به ‌وسیله پوشش‌های انسیلاتوری که دور آن پیچیده شده محافظت می‌گردد و از میان لوله محافظ عبور داده می شود. این عمل با سه هدف صورت می گیرد:
1. حفاظت کاتدی:
مقاومت دی‌الکتریکی عالی انسیلاتور و جذب رطوبت کم‌تر از 1% باعث می‌شود حفاظت کاتدیک به خوبی صورت گیرد.
2.حفاظت پوششی:‌
مقاومت بالا نسبت به ضربه و کشش و هم چنین مقاومت عالی در برابر سایش در انسیلاتورهای HDPE موجب می‌شود که از آسیب به روکش لوله گاز در هنگام جاگذاری در لوله محافظ جلوگیری می‌شود.
3.مرکزدهی لوله حامل:
پایه های انسیلاتور موجب می‌شود لوله‌های حامل در کل لوله محافظ در مرکز قرار بگیرند. بدین ترتیب از زنگ‌زدگی و واکنش‌های شیمیایی پوشش لوله در اثر تماس به‌وجود می‌آیند جلوگیری می‌شود.

PE INSULATOR (Polyethylene)

PRODUCT BRIEF
Pipeline Casing Insulator is a patented series of polyethylene insulators that are universally applicable in the installation of pipelines when the carrier pipe runs inside a casing.They are used to support the coated pipe within a tubular casing,to electrically insulate the pipe from   the tubular casing and to prevent damage to the coated surface of the pipe when the pipe is installed within the casing. With excellent dielectric resistance and low moisture absorption for minimal electric current loss and no impairment of cathodic protection, polyethylene spacers and insulators are an economical choice for use on all plastic pipe, metal pipe up to 60" in diameter and smaller ductile pipe.
Polyethylene casing spacers and insulators aremanufactured by injection molding using polyethylene, which provides high impact strength and a low coefficient of friction.
Two halves are used to construct the 1" through 12" spacers while 14" and above are multi-segmented. Runner height for polyethylene spacers can be increased to provide clearance for bell and spigot connections. Ideal for most sizes of schedule 40 and schedule 80 PVC, C 900, SDR 21 & 26, Ultra-Rib and more, they are only recommended for use on 12” and smaller ductile iron pipe.
Polyethylene casing insulators are recommended for every 6 to 8 feet of pipeline. Molded into   the inner surface of the casing insulators are grooves which prevent slippage of any carrier pipe coating. Lightweight, economical and easy to install, Polyethylene Casing Insulators require only a screwdriver for installation. Do not exceed 35 in-lbs of torque. Sizes are available from   1" through 60" with a standard runner height of 1". Casing Insulators from   1" through 12" are constructed of two halves, 2 PI and 4 PI sections make
up 14" and above.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
When the pipeline is buried in the ground, for instance, at underground road, river, railway and highway crossings, the pipeline is generally further protected by being enclosed within a tubular casing. The pipeline is supported within the casing by a Pipeline Casing Insulator.
The Pipeline Casing Insulator, in addition to its supportive function, electrically insulates the pipeline from   the casing. This insulative function is necessary for he cathodic protection of the pipeline, and also, for preventing electric current loss when the pipeline is used as a conduit for electrical cables. Furthermore, the Casing Insulator prevents damage to the outer coated surface of the pipeline when the pipeline is drawn through the casing during installation.
Economical,high density polyethylene casing Insulators or Spacers provide positive Insulation,high abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction.High density (linear), injection molded virgin polyethylene casing Insulators/spacers provide positive insulation, high abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction for a wide variety of energy industry double containment carrier/ casing pipe applications. They are extremely light in weight and easy to handle during installation. A ribbed inner surface prevents slippage and guards against carrier pipe coating damage while the outer surface may include any one of several molded runners to accommodate 2” (50.8mm) x 4” (101.6mm) or larger carrier/casing differentials.

Model "S" Standard Pull-on End Seals are flexible and easily installed on customer specified casing/carrier pipe combinations. Manufactured from 1/8" thick synthetic rubber, Model "S" end seals are extremely robust, resistant to wide variations in environmental conditions while eliminating the possibility of foreign material entering the opening between carrier and casing pipes. Included with Model "S" End Seals are two appropriately sized hose clamps which are used to secure the rubber material around both carrier and casing pipes. Installation is quick and easy with only a screw driver needed for tightening the hose clamps.

The accordion-bellows design of this seal permits movement of the carrier pipe without damage to the seal. Its unique design facilitates installation and prevents damage from backfill. Multiflex End Seals are available in sizes from 2" x 4" through 56" x 64". Where it fits over the end of the casing, the seal is 3/8" thick and the minimum thickness over the balance is 3/16". Circumferential ribs molded in the inner surface.
